We’re hiring a Technical Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is a right-hand operator role.
Your job is simple:
Take things off the CEO’s plate, figure them out, and execute properly.
The Role
This is a high-ownership, fast-moving role.
You’ll work across multiple businesses and functions — from marketing systems to internal operations to commercial workflows.
You won’t be handed perfectly defined tasks.
You’ll be expected to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver outcomes.
If you need detailed instructions or a clearly defined scope — this role isn’t for you.
What You’ll Be Doing (Examples)
Marketing & Growth Systems
- Launch landing pages and funnels
- Set up and manage cold email infrastructure
- Support campaign tracking and performance visibility
- Coordinate with developers and external agencies
CRM & Automation
- Build and improve CRM systems
- Create workflows, pipelines, and automations
- Maintain clean, usable data
Data, Dashboards & Reporting
- Build dashboards across tools (Google Ads, CRM, internal systems)
- Combine data into clear, actionable reporting
Business Operations & Systems
- Improve internal processes across multiple businesses
- Research and implement tools (e.g. proposals, automation)
- Connect systems via APIs and automation platforms
Commercial & Operational Systems
- Build quoting tools (e.g. Excel models with logic)
- Improve invoicing and internal workflows
- Replace manual processes with scalable systems
Execution Support (CEO)
- Take on tasks across any part of the business
- Turn ideas into execution
- Own projects that would otherwise sit with the CEO
Operational Coverage (When Needed)
- Support basic admin tasks during busy periods
- Maintain CRM records and assist with client coordination
What This Role Becomes
Over time, you will:
- Own systems end-to-end
- Work across multiple companies simultaneously
- Identify inefficiencies and fix them proactively
- Become a force multiplier for the CEO

You don’t need to be a developer — but you must be technically capable and hands-on.
Experience
- Background in digital, tech, operations, or marketing
- Exposure to marketing systems (funnels, ads, lead gen) is a plus
- Experience in structured or performance-driven environments preferred
- Hands-on use of CRMs, analytics tools, or similar systems
- Degree Level (Graduation)

Salary
₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum
