Sports Coach (Adaptive Sports)

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Sports Coaches to work with children with disabilities. This is an entry-level friendly role, perfect for freshers or regular sports coaches who want to learn adaptive sports. Full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct sports sessions for children with disabilities
- Modify sports activities based on each child’s abilities
- Ensure safety and well-being during sessions
- Work with other coaches, therapists, and volunteers
- Track children’s progress and share feedback with parents/caregivers
- Help organize sports events and community programs
- Attend training sessions and follow best coaching practices
- Maintain sports equipment and session materials
