Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Project Engineers and Site Engineers across multiple projects.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and final client handover.
- Manage Home Automation, KNX, Networking, AV, CCTV, Access Control, Video Door Phone, and Lighting Control system installations.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and installation records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Mentor and guide the project team to improve technical and operational performance.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
