We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver user-friendly, responsive, and secure digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces.
- Integrate APIs and databases as required.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot website issues.
- Optimise websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Collaborate with designers and team members to implement new features.
- Ensure website security and data protection best practices.
- Keep up to date with the latest web development technologies and trends.
Requirements
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Understanding of Git and version control.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Portfolio of web development projects.
- Experience with cloud hosting and deployment is a plus.
