We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisors for our upcoming automobile dealership in Calicut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with workshop teams.
- Explain service recommendations, costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Follow up on pending jobs and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle service processes and workshop operations.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and customer-centric environment.
