Location: Aurangabad Highway PROJECT NH2- BIHAR
Salary 30k - 35k in hand
Qualification- Any graduate/ Diploma in HR/
Preferred Immediate Joiners- UP or Bihar
Preferred Experience
- Experience on National Highway (NHAI) projects.
- Exposure to large-scale labour workforce management.
- Experience in labour compliance audits and inspections.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Road/Highway Construction Projects
Strong knowledge of CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESI & Labour Compliance
Labour & Contractor Workforce Management
Site Administration, Liason & HR Operations
SITE staff management , MESS management & coordination with HO
Attendance, Payroll Inputs & MIS Reporting
Willing to stay and work at project site locations
