Responsible for ensuring that food products are safe, high quality, and meet regulatory and company standards throughout production.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and finished products
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation in production areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Identify defects or contamination issues
- Maintain quality control documentation
- Conduct internal audits and corrective actions
- Coordinate with production teams to improve quality
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSAI regulations
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Basic laboratory testing knowledge
- Attention to accuracy and cleanliness
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.
