Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise restaurant service operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests. The candidate will be responsible for leading the service team, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of waiters and service staff.
- Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served professionally.
- Take customer orders and assist staff during peak hours.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and guide service staff on service standards and customer handling.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, table setup, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor staff grooming and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in preparing duty rosters and managing shift schedules.
- Support restaurant management in achieving sales and service goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain, Senior Steward, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
