Role Summary
You will be responsible for designing and developing complete websites—from UI/UX layouts to fully functional, responsive front-end builds. This role requires strong visual design sense, hands-on coding ability, and the discipline to deliver clean, optimized, production-ready interfaces. You’ll work closely with backend, content, and product teams to ship high‑quality web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design — Create clean, modern, user‑friendly website layouts using Figma/Adobe XD.
- Front-End Development — Convert designs into responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React/Vue.
- Responsive Design — Ensure flawless performance across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Reusable Components — Build modular UI components for faster development and consistency.
- Website Optimization — Improve page load speed, accessibility, SEO structure, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Version Control — Use Git/GitHub for code management and collaborative workflows.
- Testing & Debugging — Identify and fix UI issues before deployment.
- Collaboration — Work with backend developers, designers, and content teams to deliver complete websites.
- Continuous Improvement — Stay updated with modern UI trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+
- Experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of Responsive Design and Flexbox/Grid
- Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly front-end structure
- Experience with Git and code repositories
- Basic understanding of API integration (REST/JSON)
Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development and website design
- Strong portfolio of websites or UI work
