Relationship Manager
Location: Tadali, Chandrapur
Designation: Relationship Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Make regular follow-up calls to sales and service customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction (both pre-sales and post-sales/service)
- Handle customer complaints and queries and provide timely resolution
- Conduct service reminders, feedback calls, and retention activities
- Update customer data and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and delivery teams
- Generate loyalty programs, referrals, and repeat business
- Suggest initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate / HSC (Preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer handling / CRM / automobile industry
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & basic English)
- Customer-focused and polite attitude
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
