Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Sales Coordinator with prior experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, sales reporting, and coordinating with field sales teams. Hands-on experience with Field Assist or any similar Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with the field sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly MIS, Monthly MIS, and management dashboards.
- Generate and analyze Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Distributor Sales, and Sales Performance reports.
- Track sales targets, achievements, attendance, beat plans, and field force productivity.
- Monitor data received through Field Assist or other SFA applications and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain master databases for distributors, retailers, products, pricing, and sales personnel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare analytical reports and provide insights to management for business decisions.
- Identify discrepancies in sales data and coordinate with the sales team for timely resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all MIS reports.
Required Technical Skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.
- Mandatory expertise in:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- XLOOKUP
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- Charts & Dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Field Assist or any similar Sales Force Automation (SFA) application.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Sc., or equivalent preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in MIS and Sales Coordination.
- Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
