Job Description :
The Junior Technician will support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power plant systems. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards..
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar power plant equipment.
Perform routine inspection and cleaning of solar PV modules.
Monitor system performance and report deviations or faults.
Support troubleshooting of inverters, transformers, and electrical panels.
Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of daily activities.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and use of PPE at all times.
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with senior technicians/engineers for issue resolution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
