We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential prospects, generating high-quality leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for the organization.
A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience in lead generation within the GCC (Middle East) market, including prospect research, outreach, and opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, industry databases, company websites, events, and other relevant sources.
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities including emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and social media engagement.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Nurture prospective customers through consistent follow-ups and engagement activities.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Support the sales team in setting up meetings, demos, and initial customer interactions.
Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
Mandatory experience generating leads within the GCC/Middle East market.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation platforms.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer buying journeys.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign tracking.
Exposure to SaaS, Automation, AI, RPA, or Enterprise Technology solutions will be an added advantage.
