We are hiring Micro Loan Officers for field work to generate customers, promote loan products, and manage collections. Candidates should have good communication skills and a willingness to travel. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers in assigned areas and generate loan leads
- Explain micro loan products and services to customers
- Conduct customer verification and document collection
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets
- Submit daily field activity reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Male & Female candidates can apply
- Age: 21–32 years
- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Salary & BenefitsFresher Salary (Net Take Home)
- ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Experienced Candidate Salary (Net Take Home)
- ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
