Agri Advisor – Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Visit farms and conduct field inspections.
Advise farmers on crop management and cultivation practices.
Recommend solutions for soil health, irrigation, and fertilizer application.
Identify pests and diseases and suggest appropriate control measures.
Promote sustainable farming techniques and modern agricultural practices.
Help farmers improve crop productivity and profitability.
Build strong relationships with farmers through regular guidance and support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture), Agronomy, or a related field.
Good knowledge of crop management, soil fertility, and sustainable agriculture.
Ability to diagnose crop pests and diseases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with modern agricultural tools and technologies.
Knowledge of the local agricultural conditions (especially around Pune) is preferred.
Experience in agricultural advisory or field service is an advantage; freshers may also be considered for some openings.
