Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new mechanical products and machine assemblies.
- Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly drawings using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Design sheet metal, fabricated, welded, and machined components.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and engineering documentation.
- Perform design calculations and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and service teams during product development.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and product validation.
- Improve existing products by reducing cost and enhancing performance.
- Support production in resolving design-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of design projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and 3D CAD modeling.
- Experience in machine design, fabrication, and mechanical assemblies.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, GD&T, tolerances, and material selection.
- Knowledge of sheet metal, welding, machining, and casting processes.
- Ability to prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and BOM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
