अपने इलाके की construction sites, colony projects और individual builders के पास जाना
उनकी material ज़रूरत समझना — सीमेंट, सरिया, बालू, गिट्टी, ईंट, दरवाज़े, electrical
Dorstec की तरफ से inquiry लेकर आना — order confirm होने पर आपको commission मिलेगा
हर हफ्ते minimum 5 sites visit करना और हमें WhatsApp पर update देना
पुराने customers से repeat orders लेकर आना
कोई cash collect नहीं करना — सिर्फ order लाना, बाकी हम संभालेंगे
यह role performance-based है। आप जितने orders लाएंगे, उस हिसाब से commission मिलेगा। हर product पर अलग commission है जो onboarding के समय बताया जाएगा।
Normal performer (5–7 sites/week): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
अच्छा performer (daily visits + repeat clients): ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month
Top performer (bulk orders, anchor clients): ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000+/month
हर महीने की 7 तारीख तक commission आपके account में
ज़रूरी योग्यता
खुद की बाइक या दोपहिया वाहन होना चाहिए
Smartphone और WhatsApp का use आना चाहिए
Agra या आसपास के इलाके की अच्छी जानकारी हो
Contractors, engineers और site supervisors से बात करने में comfortable हो
10वीं या 12वीं पास (minimum)
Field sales या construction background हो तो preference दी जाएगी — freshers भी apply कर सकते हैं
काम के घंटे
कोई fixed office timing नहीं — आप अपने हिसाब से sites visit करें
Full-time और Part-time — दोनों options available हैं
ध्यान दें: यह role salary-based नहीं है। यह एक commission-based opportunity है — जो लोग मेहनत करते हैं वो यहाँ सबसे ज़्यादा कमाते हैं।
