Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Automobile Technician to inspect, diagnose, service, and repair petrol, diesel, and CNG vehicles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, mechanical repairs, and the ability to use diagnostic tools while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Repair and replace engine, suspension, brake, steering, clutch, transmission, and electrical components.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot CNG kits (preferred).
- Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests after repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding repair status and spare parts requirements.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers with technical knowledge can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service or repair is preferred.
- Experience in CNG kit installation and servicing is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of petrol, diesel, and CNG vehicle systems.
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools.
- Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical and wiring knowledge.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new automotive technologies.
