Key Responsibilities (KRAs):1. Cost Control & BOQ Savings
- Ensure cost savings against target BOQ while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Monitor and track project expenses vs. budget.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to optimize costs.
2. Contractor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new contractors across categories and cities.
- Maintain a strong vendor database.
- Ensure contractor performance meets project requirements.
3. Manpower Planning
- Plan and allocate manpower based on project value and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors for adequate workforce deployment.
- Monitor manpower productivity and utilization.
4. Billing & Payment Management
- Verify contractor bills as per work completion and measurement.
- Ensure timely processing of bills and coordination with accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements and payments.
5. Cash Flow Management
- Prepare and monitor project cash flow projections.
- Ensure alignment of expenses with project budgets.
6. Project Execution & Compliance
- Ensure timely attendance and adherence to safety compliance at site.
- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within deadlines.
- Ensure quality workmanship at all stages of execution.
- Oversee SNAG identification and closure before handover.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):1. BOQ Cost Savings (Weightage-Based)
- 15%+ savings: 100% KPI achievement
- 10%+ savings: 60% KPI achievement
- 5%+ savings: 40% KPI achievement
- <5% savings: 0% KPI achievement
2. Project Execution
- Timely completion of projects as per defined timelines
- Zero or minimal delays due to contractor or manpower issues

- High-quality workmanship standards maintained

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Construction Management / relevant field
- 6–8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in HVAC / construction industry
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, and project costing
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
