Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of the dormakaba access control
Support integrations between dormakaba and enterprise applications (HCM systems, IAM systems, Workday, Active Directory)
Collaborate with security, facilities, HR, and IT teams to understand access requirements and translate them into system configurations
Monitor interface schedules and troubleshoot failures
Support audits by generating access logs, reports, and documentation
Ensure access controls align with security and compliance standards
Document technical configurations, SOPs, workflows, and user guides
Participate in change control, testing, and production migrations
Support system upgrades, patches, and validation testing
Stay updated on dormakaba platform features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
Assist with resolution of issues, tracks issues and provides updates to peers, leadership and clients with increasing independence as proficiency grows.
Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
Monitoring interface errors
Monitor integration schedules to ensure not failures or issues
Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
Work directly with Client & Informatics to document requirements & expected results
Ability to write queries, reports and work with dashboards to support end user need
