We're looking for a Business Development Intern who's genuinely excited about the AI space and wants to be part of building something from the ground up. If you're someone who takes initiative, learns fast, and actually enjoys talking to people and figuring out how to get them interested in a product, this role was written for you.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
1. You'll be working closely with the co-founder on a day to day basis, which means you'll get real visibility into how a growing AI company operates, how decisions get made, and how a business development function is built from scratch.
2. You'll be actively generating leads and identifying new business opportunities, which means researching potential clients, building lists, and finding the right people to reach out to.
3. A big part of the role is creating buzz on platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit, so you'll be crafting posts, joining conversations, and positioning the company in spaces where the right audience already hangs out.
4. You'll be the first point of contact for a lot of inbound and outbound leads, which means writing initial outreach messages, responding to inquiries, and keeping conversations warm until they're ready to move forward.
5. As the company grows, there will be opportunities to represent the team at industry meetups and networking events, so if you enjoy meeting people and talking about where AI automation is headed, that's a big bonus.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
1. Someone who has a genuine interest in artificial intelligence, and ideally already knows a thing or two about how agentic AI, voice bots, and chat automation are changing the way businesses operate, because you'll be speaking to this every day and that enthusiasm needs to come through naturally.
2. A person who takes initiative and doesn't wait around to be told what to do next. We're a growing team and we need people who can spot what needs to be done and just get on with it.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, because so much of this role lives in how you write an outreach message, how you respond to a lead, and how you show up in a conversation.
4. Someone who's comfortable working independently in a remote setup while still being proactive about checking in, sharing updates, and staying in sync with the team.
5. A natural curiosity about businesses, people, and what makes an AI product actually land with the right audience
STIPEND: 10,000-15,000 (Based on Skills & Profile) + Commission on every conversion.

FEW LOGISTICS:
This is a part-time remote role, so you can work from anywhere in India without needing to relocate or commute.
Working hours are between 5 PM and 8 PM, four to five days a week, which makes this very manageable alongside college, freelance work, or other commitments you might have.
On top of that, you'll earn a commission on every successful conversion, so the more you close, the more you make.
This isn't just an internship for the sake of it. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role, and that conversation happens based on results, not just time served.
The internship is designed to give you real, transferable experience in sales, outreach, content, and client communication, all within a fast moving AI environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
