Job Summary
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily civil construction activities at the site. This role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The Civil Foreman manages site labor, coordinates with subcontractors, and acts as a vital link between workers and site management to ensure timely project completion.
Key QualificationsEducation
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Alternatively, ITI certification or relevant trade qualifications with substantial field experience.
Experience
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects is highly desirable.
Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Familiarity with National Building Code (NBC) and relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes).
- Understanding of RCC works, finishing, and external development.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise day-to-day civil construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing site labor, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with site engineers to achieve project milestones. A diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
