Overview
We are looking for a System Engineer – Hardware & Cyber Security to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good technical knowledge, and provide excellent customer support.
Duties
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support firewall, antivirus, and cybersecurity solutions
- Perform system maintenance and regular health checks
- Assist in network setup and user support
- Coordinate with customers and the technical team
- Maintain service reports and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows OS
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel for onsite support
- Candidates from Puttur or nearby preferred
