Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in staffing or consultancy. Fresh MBA HR graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment progress.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Preferred Skills
- Qualification: MBA in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and screening abilities.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Note: Candidates with staffing/recruitment consultancy experience will be given preference.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
