Key Responsibilities
1. Installation Assistance – Support senior technicians in installing new elevators, escalators, and home lifts.
2. Maintenance & Servicing – Assist in routine maintenance, lubrication, and adjustments of elevator systems.
3. Inspection & Troubleshooting – Help identify technical issues, minor faults, and report problems to senior staff.
4. Safety Checks – Learn and follow safety protocols during electrical and mechanical work.
5. Wiring & Connections – Support in basic electrical wiring, control panels, and motor connections under supervision.
6. Documentation – Maintain service records, job sheets, and checklists.
7. Customer Interaction – Accompany seniors during client visits and learn to explain basic elevator usage and safety.
8. Learning & Development – Undergo on-the-job training for elevator mechanics, electronics, and control systems.
Skills Required (for Freshers)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems.
- Ability to read simple wiring diagrams & technical manuals.
- Good problem-solving attitude.
- Teamwork – willingness to assist seniors and learn.
- Physical fitness (work involves climbing, lifting, and handling tools).
- Commitment to safety procedures.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
- 10th / 12th pass candidates with strong technical interest may be considered for trainee roles.
