About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace.
