Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive / Marketing Engineer for our Plastic Packaging Industry. The candidate should possess excellent communication and customer handling skills with the ability to explain company products effectively to clients and convert business opportunities into successful projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong coordination abilities, marketing knowledge, and experience in handling customer requirements professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and project discussions professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and new clients.
- Prepare quotations, marketing reports, and customer updates.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales/marketing targets.
- Support business growth and brand development activities.
Required Skills :
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong Customer Handling & Negotiation Skills
- Good Presentation & Coordination Skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong knowledge in Marketing and Business Development
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email Communication)
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing field.
- Experience in Plastic Packaging Industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be energetic, target-oriented, and professionally presentable.
