Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with 5 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in AI-powered design and video tools. The ideal candidate should possess strong prompt-writing skills, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and output quality across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling creatives, marketing materials, and branding assets using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Conceptualize, script, and create original video content from scratch for digital platforms (ads, reels, explainer videos, etc.)
- Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Handle end-to-end video production including ideation, storyboarding, shooting (if required), and post-production
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations using After Effects or AI-powered animation tools
- Utilize AI tools (such as generative design, video creation, and editing platforms) to streamline workflows and enhance creative output
- Develop, refine, and optimize advanced prompts for AI tools to generate high-quality visuals, videos, and creative assets
- Create structured prompt frameworks and reusable templates for consistent AI-generated outputs across projects
- Experiment with different prompt techniques (style prompts, negative prompts, multi-step prompts) to achieve precise creative results
- Fine-tune AI-generated outputs through iterative prompting and post-processing techniques
- Conceptualize and produce video content including reels, ads, explainer videos, and social media creatives
- Integrate AI-generated elements seamlessly with traditional design and video editing workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop innovative, AI-driven campaign visuals
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and creativity across all deliverables
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI design tools, prompt engineering techniques, video editing, and digital content creation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, etc.)
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering, with the ability to craft precise, detailed, and creative prompts for generating high-quality visuals and videos
- Experience in creating and optimizing prompts for different AI platforms (image, video, and motion tools)
- Ability to control output quality using advanced prompting techniques (style control, consistency, variations, and refinements)
- Understanding of AI limitations and ability to creatively overcome them using prompt structuring and manual enhancements
- Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, color theory, and composition
- Strong knowledge of video formats, editing techniques, and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work, including AI-assisted and prompt-driven projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D
- Knowledge of social media trends and content formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment
