Job Summary:
The Resort Naturalist is responsible for creating engaging and educational nature-based experiences for guests. The role includes conducting nature walks, wildlife interpretation sessions, outdoor activities, and promoting environmental awareness while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided nature walks, birdwatching tours, and outdoor activities for guests.
- Share knowledge about local flora, fauna, wildlife, and ecology.
- Organize educational and recreational activities related to nature and sustainability.
- Ensure guest safety during outdoor excursions and activities.
- Assist guests with information about local attractions, wildlife, and environmental practices.
- Maintain activity equipment and ensure readiness for guest use.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Support conservation and eco-friendly initiatives within the resort.
- Prepare activity schedules and maintain participation records.
- Deliver exceptional guest engagement and personalized experiences.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
