We are seeking a highly experienced, polished, and client-centric professional to manage our most important wholesale accounts and strategic trade relationships. This is a senior role suited for someone who has built a career in premium service environments and understands the art of building trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships with discerning clients
RESPONSIBILITIES-:
Own and grow a portfolio of high-value wholesale accounts and HNI trade buyers
Build deeply personalized, trust-based relationships with key clients
Conduct structured account reviews, in-person visits, and proactive outreach
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience end-to-end
Identify and drive up selling, cross-category, and referral opportunities
Resolve escalated client issues with composure and professionalism
Maintain CRM records and submit regular account performance reports
SKILLS -:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or hospitality management degree preferred
10+ years in Airlines, 5-star Hospitality, or Premium Automobile sector
Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level and high-net-worth client relationships
Exceptionally well-groomed, articulate, and professionally presented
Fluent in Hindi and English; additional language is an advantage
Emotionally intelligent with strong conflict resolution skills
Willing to travel for client meetings; comfortable with flexible hours during peak season
Smart Females with strong convincing skills preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
