- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in electronics and mechanical assembly.
- Practical experience in soldering and basic electrical assembly techniques.
- Skills in mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, including visual inspection and functional checks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and steady hand-eye coordination.
- Diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical, instrumentation, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in medical device or precision manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow guidance and meet production timelines.
