We are looking for an experienced, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and execute high-impact campaigns for our clients and internal brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), PPC, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Implement advanced SEO strategies, including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Generate high-quality leads while maximizing ROI and reducing acquisition costs.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with content writers and graphic designers.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators, and the sales team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and advertising platform changes.
- Lead and mentor junior digital marketing team members whenever required.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
