- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events to optimize time and priorities.
- Handle correspondence by drafting, reviewing, and managing emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other official communications.
- Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, arranging venues or virtual platforms, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, local transportation, and detailed travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal teams, clients, vendors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and documents, ensuring secure handling of sensitive business and personal information.
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines by monitoring projects, reminding stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of commitments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS, collecting relevant data and creating professional documents for management review and decision-making.
- Coordinate office administration, including managing visitors, organizing events, maintaining office supplies, and supporting day-to-day executive operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
