Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently.
- Perform welding and fabrication activities as per production requirements.
- Ensure smooth machine operation and maintain production targets.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Conduct basic machine checks and report breakdowns or abnormalities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Work closely with supervisors and production teams to ensure timely output.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to understand technical instructions and drawings.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production requirements.
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 Take Home per month
