Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance
Oversee daily operations of buildings, office spaces, and infrastructure.
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, elevators, and utilities.
Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility.
2. Vendor & Contract Management
Manage contracts for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility services.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Negotiate contracts and control service costs.
3. Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, fire safety norms, and building codes.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Implement emergency response procedures and evacuation drills.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage facility budgets.
Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Approve facility-related invoices and track expenditures.
5. Space & Infrastructure Management
Plan office space allocation and layout optimization.
Support office expansion, relocation, and renovation projects.
Coordinate infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
6. Security & Asset Management
Ensure physical security measures for employees and assets.
Oversee access control systems and surveillance systems.
Maintain records of facility assets and equipment.
7. Team Leadership
Supervise facility staff including technicians, housekeeping, and security teams.
Provide guidance, training, and performance management.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in Facility Management or Safety (IFMA / NEBOSH preferred).
Experience
5–10 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or workplace services.
Experience managing large office spaces, industrial facilities, or commercial buildings is preferred.
