Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and tracking.
- Oversee packaging and dispatch operations for timely and safe delivery.
- Assist in accounts management and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and maintain financial transaction records.
- Handle data entry, office documentation, and filing systems.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and logistics partners.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Administration (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in inventory, accounts, or office administration is an advantage.
