We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in tendering, estimation, and quantity surveying for infrastructure/construction projects across the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis
Handling tender documentation, bid submission & evaluation
Quantity take-off from drawings and project specifications
Vendor & subcontractor coordination and price analysis
Review of contracts and project costing
Assist in budgeting, cost control & project planning
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/infra projects
Strong knowledge of tendering processes & estimation techniques
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and MS Office
Experience in BOQ preparation & contract documentation
Good analytical, negotiation & coordination skills
Preferred:
Experience in government / EPC / infrastructure projects
Familiarity with working in North East region projects
Willingness to travel / relocate within the region
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
