We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our team, manage customer interactions, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily calls and activities and support our team.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track sales targets and assist in achieving business goals.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and client follow-ups.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales documentation.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
