Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, attentive, and responsible Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our Child Development Center. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities with accuracy and care. Since the role involves coordination with children, parents, therapists, and internal teams, the candidate must maintain confidentiality, patience, and a high level of accountability at all times.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations
- Manage daily front office and administrative activities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, files, attendance, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of admission forms, therapy schedules, reports, and office records.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and staff schedules.
Parent & Client Coordination
- Professionally interact with parents, guardians, and visitors.
- Address basic queries and redirect concerns to the concerned department.
- Ensure smooth communication between therapists, management, and parents.
- Maintain confidentiality of child and family-related information.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth center functioning.
- Prepare reports, maintain data, and update records regularly.
- Follow up on pending tasks, documentation, and approvals.
- Support HR and management in administrative and operational activities.
Compliance & Workplace Management
- Ensure discipline and professional environment within the center.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall office management.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain professionalism.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and reporting structures carefully.
Required Skills & Qualities

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in administration/front office/coordinator role is an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, education, therapy center, or child development setup will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
