The telemarketing Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, showcasing tele communication, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional manner
- Understand customer requirements
- Explain details such as purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and certifications
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
- Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness and visual appeal
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Achieve individual and tele sales targets
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-tele service
- Coordinate with inventory staff for stock availability and updates
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6.00 PM
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 8th pass / Any graduate
- Experience in telemarketing sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of gold, silver, diamonds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and festivals
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in gold, silver, or bridal jewelry sales
- Knowledge of telemarking and certifications
- Upselling and cross-selling skills
