Job Title: Back Office ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative, operational, and client servicing activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage documentation efficiently, and excellent communication skills for client coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesBack Office Operations
- Check, verify, and update daily transaction records accurately.
- Respond to client queries by coordinating with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and sending relevant email communications.
- Prepare and email portfolio statements and investment-related reports to clients.
- Maintain and update client records, databases, and internal documentation.
- File, organize, and maintain office documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Collect, scan, and maintain records of relevant newspaper articles and industry-related information.
Outdoor & Operational Activities
- Visit client residences/offices to collect and deliver investment-related documents, application forms, and other required paperwork.
- Complete banking-related documentation, cheque deposits, account-related formalities, and other official tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate with banks, AMCs, registrars, and other service providers for operational requirements.
Visitor & Office Management
- Welcome and assist office visitors and guests in a professional manner.
- Arrange tea, coffee, and refreshments for visitors, clients, and guests.
- Ensure smooth visitor management and maintain a professional office environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and client-service orientation.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in back-office operations, financial services, or administrative support will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
