IT to support the hotel's IT infrastructure and ensure uninterrupted operation of all technology systems. The ideal candidate will provide prompt technical support to hotel staff, maintain IT equipment, and assist in delivering a seamless technology experience for both guests and employees.
- Provide first-level technical support for hotel users and guests.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain hotel network, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and server performance.
- Support Property Management Systems (PMS), POS systems, attendance devices, CCTV, and other hotel applications.
- Resolve hardware and software issues within agreed service timelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance and AMC support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
