Sky Global is looking for ambitious graduates (freshers welcome) to join as Junior Career Advisors. No prior experience is required—we provide full training. In this role you’ll connect with leads (no cold-calls), learn to counsel candidates on career options, and help convert conversations into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned leads by phone/email to understand candidate backgrounds and interests.
- Present our services (after training) and answer basic questions.
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups; assist senior advisors in driving enrollments.
- Keep accurate records of interactions in our CRM and help meet team targets.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Graduate (any discipline) with strong English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in counseling or sales.
- Comfortable working US business hours (Ahmedabad office, 7 PM–4 AM IST).
- Basic computer literacy and good organizational skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Any customer service, tutoring, or internship experience; familiarity with the US job/education landscape.
Compensation: Fixed ₹15,000–25,000 per month + performance incentives.
