Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon to join our growing aesthetic and hair restoration division. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hair transplant procedures, hair restoration treatments, patient consultation, and aesthetic medicine, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and assess suitability for hair transplant and restoration procedures
- Perform FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), FUT, and other hair restoration procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient condition and expectations
- Perform scalp assessments and diagnose hair loss conditions
- Supervise and guide technicians and nursing staff during procedures
- Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative patient care and counselling
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records
- Stay updated with latest hair restoration techniques and aesthetic advancements
- Support clinic growth through patient education and maintaining high treatment success and satisfaction rates
Requirements
- Medical Degree with specialization relevant to Dermatology / Plastic Surgery / Cosmetic Surgery / Hair Restoration
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hair transplant and hair restoration procedures
- Hands-on experience in FUE, FUT, PRP, and hair restoration treatments
- Strong patient consultation and counselling skills
- Excellent communication and professional bedside manner
- Ability to manage patient expectations and deliver quality outcomes
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
