Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Lead

Prior experience in IT services, software development companies, or design agencies

Strong understanding of software services business and global markets

Experience handling complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Ability to schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and presentations

Comfortable representing the company at conferences and industry events

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or equivalent

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities across global markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to deal closure

Develop customised outreach and follow-up strategies for target accounts

Collaborate closely with leadership on business growth initiatives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Coordinate discovery calls, presentations, and client meetings

Represent the company at networking events and tech conferences

Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
