Job Summary
The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business performance, and administration of the diagnostic center. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent patient service, achieving revenue targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic center.
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including Reception, Laboratory, Radiology, and Customer Service.
Monitor workflow and optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of diagnostic reports.
Team Management
Supervise and manage administrative, technical, and support staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
Motivate and guide employees to achieve organizational goals.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive business growth and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase patient footfall.
Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the management team.
Patient Experience & Customer Service
Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Maintain a patient-centric approach across all center activities.
Financial & Administrative Management
Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall center profitability.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and record maintenance.
Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.
Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols.
Required Qualifications
Graduate
Experience
02–03 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostic centers, hospitals, or related operations management roles.
Prior experience in managing a diagnostic center or healthcare facility is highly preferred.
