Team leader/team manager residential solar sales
We are looking for an experienced
and performance-driven Team Leader / Team Manager to lead our Residential Solar Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, achieving monthly business targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline performance.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Support the team in closing high-value and complex customer opportunities.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, referral sources, and local networks to generate quality leads.
Coordinate with operations, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Solar Sales, Renewable Energy, or Field Sales.
Prior experience as a Team Leader, Team Manager, or Sales Manager is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Knowledge of residential solar systems, net-metering, and subsidy processes will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
What We Offer
CTC: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month.
