Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong passion for achieving sales targets.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting company services, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Develop relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
Sales Activities
- Make outbound calls and schedule client appointments.
- Conduct product and service presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and clients.
Field Sales & Meetings
- Visit potential clients and business establishments daily.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update CRM and sales records regularly.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead status and sales progress.
- Maintain accurate customer databases.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or Startup Environment is an added advantage.
