Shift Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, communication-driven professional to join our team at Vizva Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the US Non-IT recruitment landscape, capable of handling end-to-end recruitment cycles with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various Non-IT positions across the US market.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality talent; focus on proactive sourcing rather than relying solely on job boards.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent consistently.
- Relationship Building: Maintain excellent rapport with candidates to ensure high show-up rates and successful placements.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Communication: Top-notch verbal and written English skills are mandatory. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively and persuasively with US-based candidates.
- Flexibility: We are highly flexible on years of experience, provided you demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment processes and excellent communication capabilities.
- Shift Commitment: Must be comfortable working the night shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST) on-site at our Ahmedabad office.
