The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the dealership's daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with sales and service departments, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
- Maintain and update customer, vehicle, and sales records.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and other dealership-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, and insurance departments for document processing.
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and finance-related documentation.
- Maintain stock and inventory records of vehicles and accessories.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information in ERP/DMS systems.
- Verify and file customer KYC and vehicle delivery documents.
- Assist in processing purchase orders and vendor documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support when required.
- Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership procedures.
